Two newly built wooden apartment buildings with 18 units in total are nearing completion in Fujiidera City. Both buildings are located 8 minutes on foot from Domyoji Station, and all units have 1LDK floor plans. Completion and the start of occupancy are scheduled for 17 October 2026.
In Fujiidera, Osaka, HouseFreedom Co.,Ltd. announced that the newly built wooden apartment buildings “F+style Fujiidera Domyoji Building 3” and “Building 4” are scheduled for completion and the start of occupancy, with 2 buildings and 18 units in total. The properties are located 8 minutes on foot from Domyoji Station and are planned as the 12th and 13th buildings supplied since the 11th building, respectively. This will bring the cumulative number of F+style buildings supplied in Fujiidera City to 13.
The buildings have three wooden floors, with 9 units per building, and all units have 1LDK floor plans. The bathrooms use a three-part separated layout, and the planned facilities include air conditioners, IH cooking heaters and intercoms with TV monitors. The buildings are also scheduled to obtain Grade 3 under the deterioration countermeasures rating in the Housing Performance Evaluation system, reflecting consideration for quality assurance with long-term use in mind.
