欣新網 will invest ¥480 million of its own funds to acquire a 30% stake in Brangista Solution, a subsidiary of Japan's Brangista Inc. The investment will strengthen the operating network linking Japan and Asia and advance the capital alliance between the two companies.
Taiwanese e-commerce services company 欣新網 announced that its board resolved on the 27th to acquire a 30% stake in Brangista Solution, a subsidiary of Japan's Brangista Inc., with an investment of ¥480 million of its own funds. Through the investment, 欣新網 will leverage Brangista Solution's customer base in the Japanese market and its expertise in platform operations.
Brangista Solution has operated e-commerce businesses in Japan for more than 20 years and currently manages approximately 600 companies and 3,000 e-commerce sites. Its coverage includes Rakuten Ichiba, Yahoo! Shopping and Amazon. The company's proprietary centralized management system is a certified Rakuten RMS partner, and annual transaction volume exceeds ¥40 billion. 欣新網 established its Japanese subsidiary in 2024.
The two companies will deepen their relationship from a business alliance to a capital alliance, strengthening their customer base and operating resources in Japan while accelerating the construction of a cross-market brand operations network in Asian markets in cooperation with 欣新網's Southeast Asian operations. The Japanese market is positioned as an important market for expanding throughout Asia.
Against the backdrop of 欣新網 reporting consolidated revenue of NT$3.152 billion in the first half of this year, up 22.82% year on year and a record high for a first half, the company will simultaneously advance its overseas market expansion and use of AI. It outlined a policy of integrating resources in Taiwan, Japan, the Philippines and Southeast Asia to expand its Asian brand operations network over the long term.
