Tanaka Seimitsu Kogyo's consolidated subsidiary ティーアーク launched the lifestyle support service "Benry" business under a franchise agreement and opened a store in Kami-Iino, Toyama. It will seek to expand its business portfolio and create new customer touchpoints.
Tanaka Seimitsu Kogyo's consolidated subsidiary ティーアーク entered into a franchise agreement with ベンリーコーポレーション and newly launched the lifestyle support service "Benry" business. In connection with this, the "Benry Toyama Kami-Iino" store in Toyama, Toyama Prefecture, opened on the same day.
The group is working to strengthen its existing businesses and create new business areas to achieve its long-term management plan, "Next35." It aims to expand services that address everyday household needs in response to population decline and the advancing aging of society.
Leveraging the Mobility Business Division's customer touchpoints through vehicle sales, maintenance and insurance, ティーアーク will provide a broad range of services, including housekeeping, house cleaning, air-conditioner cleaning, grass cutting and branch trimming, and assistance with disposal of unwanted items. Going forward, it plans to link this new business with its existing businesses to maximize customer lifetime value.
