ミチビク株式会社 has added an AI Evidence Check function to conkan, its internal control DX platform. The company aims to improve audit efficiency and strengthen governance through AI-powered initial evidence checks.
ミチビク株式会社 has begun offering AI Evidence Check, a function that automates internal control administration with AI on its internal control (J-SOX) DX platform conkan. When evidence is uploaded, AI performs an initial check and determines the level of risk, automating the evidence review process. This is expected to reduce the workload of departments responsible for internal control, improve audit efficiency and strengthen governance.
Internal control (J-SOX) is a framework that began to apply in April 2008, but practical implementation has continued to present challenges for many years. The April 2024 revision placed greater emphasis on effectiveness than before. As labor shortages and the sophistication of operations continue, conventional manual management methods are considered to have reached their limits, creating a need for digital transformation.
The new function works by having users upload evidence submitted by each department to conkan, after which AI performs an initial check and determines the level of risk. This enables AI to support the labor-intensive evidence review process, with the expected result of strengthening governance while significantly improving audit efficiency.
conkan is designed to streamline complex workflows by centrally managing and standardizing internal control procedures in the cloud. ミチビク will continue supporting the digital transformation and quality improvement of internal control design and operation, with the aim of helping Japanese companies secure a foundation for growth and achieve sustainable development.
