Medical Net,Inc. operates websites for elective treatments such as dental implants and orthodontics, and has announced plans to expand its dental equipment sales business by acquiring all shares of 板倉歯科器材店. 板倉歯科器材店 sells dental medical supplies and equipment to dental clinics in Okinawa Prefecture.
The acquisition will be carried out through オカムラ, Medical Net,Inc.'s dental equipment sales subsidiary, with the aim of increasing sales and expanding its distribution network in southern Kyushu. The transaction value has not been disclosed, and the acquisition is scheduled for 16 October 2026.
板倉歯科器材店 reported revenue of ¥269 million, operating profit of ¥3 million and net assets of ¥38 million for the fiscal year ended March 2026.
