Kasumigaseki Capital Co.,Ltd. announced that construction had begun on the automated hazardous-materials warehouse “LOGI FLAG CHEMICAL TECH Ayase I.” The facility will primarily store Class 4 hazardous materials, including alcohol products and lubricating oils. The facility will make effective use of its location in Kanagawa Prefecture to meet growing demand for inventory capacity and for the consolidation and efficiency improvement of logistics hubs. It is conveniently located approximately 3 km from the Ayase Smart IC on the Tomei Expressway, making it suitable as a hub for deliveries across the Tokyo metropolitan area and beyond.
