The site separates the corporate and business services areas according to users’ needs and adds dedicated top pages tailored to the regional characteristics of Osaka and Fukuoka. It has also expanded My Page features for free members to make it easier to search for a home.
The revamp reorganises the corporate area’s corporate philosophy, business activities, IR information and sustainability information, making it easier to communicate these to stakeholders including shareholders and investors. The business services area provides information tailored to regional characteristics and creates search paths for properties based on criteria such as area, railway line and school district.
Enhanced My Page features for free members include the existing functions for saving search criteria, managing favourite properties and checking browsing history, as well as a newly introduced AI consultation service. New additions also include the “Floor Plan Collection,” which suggests floor plans, and the “Rent-versus-Buy Comparison Simulator,” which supports financial planning.
The company has also added a page for investment properties and introduced an AI commentary feature, providing information such as prices, expected yields and locations for prospective real estate investors. Alongside the expanded custom-built home page, which presents completed construction examples and floor plans, the property details pages provide candid AI commentary.
