TOSEI raised its net income forecast for the current fiscal year by 5%, surpassing its previous record-profit forecast. It also announced plans to increase the year-end dividend by ¥3 to ¥58.
In its consolidated results for the first 3 quarters of the fiscal year ending November 2026, TOSEI reported net income of ¥14.8 billion, up 5.5% year on year. It also raised its full-year net income forecast from the previous ¥15.1 billion to ¥15.9 billion, with the growth rate expected to expand to approximately 7.8%.
Based on the revised full-year plan, consolidated net income for the second half is expected to increase to ¥2.1 billion, narrowing the decline. The full-year dividend, paid as a year-end lump sum, was also raised from the previous ¥55 to ¥58.
In the latest 3-month period, consolidated net income for the June-August quarter was ¥1.01 billion, down 44.4% year on year, while the operating margin on sales fell from 17.9% in the same period of the previous year to 16.3%.
The revision reflects expectations for improved overall profitability against a backdrop of steady performance in the real estate-related business, although second-half results may still be affected by market conditions.
