テクマトリックス has entered into a strategic partnership with Elith and begun selling “GENFLUX Evaluation,” a generative AI quality evaluation tool provided by Elith. The two companies plan to further strengthen their support structure, from implementation design through operational adoption.
テクマトリックス announced on the 8th that, as part of its strategic partnership with Elith, it had signed a sales agency agreement for GENFLUX Evaluation and begun selling the product. Going forward, the two companies will combine their strengths to provide integrated support for customers’ use of generative AI, from evaluation design through operational adoption.
GENFLUX Evaluation functions as an AI quality evaluation and operations platform that assesses the response quality of generative AI, RAG and AI agents and visualizes areas for improvement. It evaluates multiple aspects, including response accuracy, safety, performance, red teaming and compliance, supporting an operational framework that enables companies to use AI safely.
In addition to evaluations using standard templates, the platform supports the design of evaluation criteria tailored to industries, operations and AI use cases, as well as improvement support from evaluation specialists. Test-question generation, response collection, evaluation execution and results visualization can all be performed in one environment, allowing issues to be identified by reviewing evaluation scores and individual responses.
The companies also provide design support tailored to implementation environments, including attack testing through red teaming and customized evaluations reflecting internal rules, terminology and anticipated usage scenarios. Going forward, they aim to support customers’ safe use of AI and enhance corporate value by strengthening sales, marketing and user support.
