e-Bridge, operator of KIZASHI, an AI platform supporting the retention of foreign workers, has appointed Ishida Junya (石田淳也), who has led business development and corporate partnerships for many years, as an advisor and is moving to strengthen its sales and partnership structure.
e-Bridge Co., Ltd. announced that, effective September 2026, it had appointed Ishida Junya (石田淳也), who has a track record in the business development and corporate partnership activities of KIZASHI, its AI platform supporting the retention of foreign workers, as an advisor. Drawing on Ishida Junya's (石田淳也) experience as an advisor and officer at multiple companies, e-Bridge will expand its ability to provide retention support to companies and support organizations. Through this, it aims to promote adoption of KIZASHI and strengthen partnerships.
Ishida Junya (石田淳也) is representative director of field stone and has served as an executive officer at Net Protections and a director of ノウタス, among other roles. The appointment as advisor is part of a new growth strategy, with the aim of building and expanding intercompany partnerships, including with sales partners, and strengthening the sales structure.
Japan is estimated to have approximately 2.57 million foreign workers, and their long-term retention remains a challenge. KIZASHI provides a retention-support system that uses monthly surveys answered by foreign workers in their native languages as a starting point to identify small individual changes at an early stage and connect the responses of responsible personnel with reporting. As of July 2026, the number of companies and organizations using the platform had surpassed 250.
Ishida Junya (石田淳也) said that he had begun living between Hanoi and another base, and commented that he aims to build relationships in which people feel, “I’m glad I was able to work at this company,” rather than treating recruitment as the end of the process. Going forward, e-Bridge will increase awareness of KIZASHI among companies and organizations that are not yet familiar with it, expand partnerships including with sales partners, and promote collaboration across industries.
