Hitachi Construction Machinery announced that it would begin accepting domestic orders for the ZX500LCK-7 multi-boom demolition machine in the ZAXIS-7 series from 1 October 2026. The machine uses 3 types of front attachment to handle a wide range of demolition work, from upper floors to foundations.
Hitachi Construction Machinery will offer the ZX500LCK-7 multi-boom demolition machine in the ZAXIS-7 series for the Japanese market, beginning to accept orders on 1 October 2026. With a maximum operating weight of approximately 66,900 kg, it is designed to handle work in a single machine across upper and middle sections of buildings and foundations.
The ZX500LCK-7 can be used with 3 types of front attachment: the high-lift, monster high-lift and two-piece boom specifications. This allows the working range to be expanded according to building height and site conditions. The high-lift specification is designed to extend the working range, with a maximum arm-tip height higher than that of the previous model.
The machine supports larger attachments, with a maximum attachment weight of 5,600 kg for the monster high-lift specification and 6,100 kg for the two-piece boom specification. For transport, the dimensions of the front attachments have been revised to enable daytime transport, while assembly efficiency has also been improved.
The ZX500LCK-7 specifications table lists the maximum operating weight, attachment weight, engine output and working height for each specification, allowing selection according to the intended use. Hitachi Construction Machinery also aims to improve productivity and safety at demolition sites.
