日本造機株式会社 has decided to lease 20,000 square meters of land and invest $15 million to build a spice-processing plant using local agricultural products at the Tran Yen Viglacera Industrial Park in Lao Cai Province.
日本造機株式会社 has signed an agreement to lease land within the Tran Yen Viglacera Industrial Park in Lao Cai Province and is proceeding with plans to establish a spice-processing plant using local agricultural products. The total investment is reported to be $15 million, and the plant is planned to cover 20,000 square meters.
The project aims to demonstrate the industrial park’s appeal and the international standing of Lao Cai’s investment environment, while creating high-value-added products through the advanced processing of local agricultural products. Local materials and Japanese production technologies and quality-control methods are expected to be used in construction.
The industrial park’s first phase is planned to cover 255 hectares and contribute to regional infrastructure development and the promotion of broad-area trade. The expansion of transport links, including the site’s proximity to the new Yen Bai Station on the railway line, is also positioned as an important element of the project.
