PwC Japan Group launched on 1 September a new service, “Support for Transforming Cybersecurity Operations with AI,” to redesign conventional, people-centric security operations around AI.
The service comprises AI agents equipped with proprietary insights from PwC’s global network, a cyber intelligence integration platform, and specialist teams responsible for design, implementation and operation. With a two-team structure consisting of an architect team responsible for design and implementation and an operations team responsible for operation and improvement, the service provides end-to-end support, from planning and conceptualization within the customer’s internal environment through implementation and operation.
The service aims to stabilize an AI-centric operating model by designing a structure in which people make important decisions and approvals even as AI is used. Through the service, PwC Japan Group says it will contribute to the advancement and continuous improvement of security operations that achieve both AI-native capabilities and trust.
