ストライクグループ will establish a joint venture, 台灣史特萊克股份有限公司, in Taipei’s Songshan District, with capital stock of approximately NT$20 million. ストライクグループ will hold a 55% stake, while 3 local companies, 日鏵國際企劃股份有限公司, 思璀股份有限公司 and 好球管理顧問股份有限公司, will each hold 15%.
The new company’s principal business will be M&A advisory services. In addition to supporting transactions between Taiwanese companies, it is also scheduled to provide financial advisory services for acquisitions of Taiwanese companies by Japanese companies and the reverse situation. Kaneda Kazuya (金田和也), a senior managing director of ストライクグループ, is scheduled to become chairman.
Establishment is scheduled for October 2026, with business operations planned to begin in November of the same year. The group has indicated its intention to capture growth opportunities in overseas markets and strengthen its global-scale brokerage and strategic consulting capabilities. In the longer term, the company is expected to serve as an M&A advisory hub for the Asian market.
