LITALICO Job Navi has launched an interactive feature on its official Instagram account in which experts answer questions and provide guidance on work-related concerns from people with disabilities. The topics cover a wide range of concerns, including job searches and career changes, reasonable accommodations in the workplace, interpersonal relationships and practical solutions for everyday life.
Applications can be submitted anonymously via a dedicated form or through the Instagram profile, and responses will be published sequentially in Instagram feed posts and other formats.
