プロフェリエ, a Pasona Group company, has entered into a business partnership with manebi and will begin offering corporate training programmes. The service is for companies that have adopted manebi's service, manebi e-learning, and will provide customised training combining the expertise of both companies.
The training addresses both life design and career development, with curricula tailored to organisational challenges and participants' job functions and seniority levels. Instructors are experts registered with プロフェリエ, drawing on expertise across a range of fields, including image consulting, health and productivity management, mental health, and personal finance and lifestyle planning.
Delivery formats can be combined flexibly, including classroom-based sessions held in person, webinars, on-demand courses and one-to-one lessons. The service also supports the planning and operation of in-person workshops and other programmes, as well as online delivery.
Examples of programmes include image consulting training, health and productivity management and lifestyle improvement training, mindfulness and mental health training, and life planning and financial planning training. These programmes support improvements in employees' first impressions, health and career planning.
