In response to the current operation of approximately 1,800 AI agents for approximately 2,000 employees, JBCCホールディングス has introduced Okta ISPM across the company as a measure against dormant non-human IDs. It is advancing reforms to improve visibility into NHI access rights and usage.
Non-human IDs (NHIs) assigned to AI agents and automated processing programs face the risk of dormant IDs arising from excessive access privileges and inadequate deletion when employees leave or change positions. JBCCホールディングス operates approximately 1,800 AI agents for approximately 2,000 employees and is working to improve the visibility and governance of ID risks.
JBCC has introduced Okta’s identity security posture management service, “Okta Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM),” across the IT systems of all group companies. The service provides cross-system visibility into employee ID usage and access rights, enabling the early detection and remediation of risks.
Following the implementation, the scope will be expanded beyond employee IDs to include NHIs. The company plans to centrally monitor IDs spanning multiple systems and prevent unauthorized access. AI functions will automatically identify and classify risks, detecting excessive access privileges and dormant IDs that have not been used for extended periods.
JBCC plans to use the knowledge it accumulates through its own visualization and remediation processes to support customers. It will strengthen the functions of its AI orchestration platform (AIOP), expand its defensive posture while incorporating technologies such as Okta ISPM.
