PORTERS will hold the second edition of its Business Growth Event for recruitment agencies on 15 October. Feedback from previous participants will also be shared, with practical insights into growth strategies including the use of AI and DX expected to be presented.
PORTERS will hold the second edition of its event supporting the expansion of recruitment businesses for recruitment agencies on 15 October 2026 (Thursday). The event will be held at the company’s headquarters rather than online, with speakers discussing the background to their growth strategies, the obstacles they faced and what they changed. The event is aimed at business managers and executives, and will provide an opportunity to explore practical approaches to business growth through aligned sessions.
In the first session, Masatsugu Kudo (工藤 政嗣) of Confidence Interworks will explain growth strategies centred on organisational development, business expansion and M&A, and explore opportunities to transform the recruitment business through the use of AI. In the second session, Yuhei Nakayama (中山 裕平) of Sportsfield will present approaches to deepening the existing-graduate segment and to decision-making, while the third session will feature Koji Nishimori (西森 康二) of PORTERS and others discussing how AI and DX are transforming customer acquisition, interviews and matching.
The networking session will begin at 18:30, providing an opportunity for executives and business managers facing similar challenges to connect with one another. The venue is PORTERS’ headquarters in Akasaka, Minato-ku, and capacity is 100 people. An overview of the event, its programme and the speakers will be provided in detail.
