KOMORI CORPORATION (KOMORI) held its KOMORI School technical training program overseas to develop personnel and improve technical capabilities at printing sites. The program was held in Vietnam for the first time, with 17 people from 8 local printing companies participating. Instructors from KGC Printing College led the lectures, and technical training was conducted using the actual equipment.
The training program was systematically structured around equipment operation, quality control, dampening-water management, ink management, color management and productivity improvement techniques, with the aim of providing practical knowledge and skills directly applicable to resolving challenges and improving capabilities at printing sites. Participants gained knowledge directly relevant to addressing challenges in their operations. KGC Center Director Hirano Masahiro (平野 正大) said that the company would support customers worldwide in improving quality and productivity by strengthening technical education.
The initiative forms part of KOMORI's policy of addressing demand for personnel development in global markets. By expanding educational opportunities overseas, the company aims to improve the technical capabilities of local users and stabilize print quality.
