Ads for Humanity has entered into a business partnership with Tools for Humanity and LG Electronics to promote human-verified advertising through a three-party initiative. The initiative will strengthen ad delivery to real people through the introduction of the new Human Rate metric and integration with one of Japan's largest data platforms.
Ads for Humanity Co., Ltd. entered into a business partnership with Tools for Humanity and LG Electronics, outlining plans for the three companies, including Hakuhodo DY Group, to work together to promote a new era of human-verified advertising. The partnership aims to improve the reliability of human-verified advertising and provide advertisers with greater transparency and effectiveness. The introduction of new metrics such as Human Rate is also being considered.
As part of the partnership, integration began with AudienceOne, provided by Hakuhodo DY ONE, enabling delivery to platforms including LINE Yahoo, Meta and X. The use of Human Rate, which indicates the percentage of users verified as real people, is intended to improve target-audience reliability.
Amid estimates that losses from ad fraud in Japan reached approximately ¥159.2 billion in 2025, Ads for Humanity is strengthening a system that verifies whether ad recipients are genuinely human through human-verified advertising.
The proof-of-concept trial was conducted jointly by Hakuhodo, Tools for Humanity and LG Electronics in 2025. Based on the results, Ads for Humanity was established in April 2026 and began selling Human-Verified Ad in June of the same year. Going forward, the company plans to advance updates to the Humad app and promote the adoption of new metrics.
