ASNOVA Companies has announced the launch of a new shareholder benefit program. Eligible shareholders are those who have continuously held 1000 shares or more for at least 1 year, and will receive ASNOVA×monotomoi gifts based on the number of shares held. Gifts can be selected through a web catalogue, allowing shareholders to receive products from carefully selected makers across Japan online.
Shareholders eligible for the program are those recorded as of the end of March each year, with transitional measures applying to the first entitlement date. Specifically, shareholders recorded in the shareholder register as of the end of September 2026 who held at least 500 shares on that date and hold at least 1000 shares as of the end of March 2027 will qualify for the benefit.
Following the announcement of the shareholder benefit program, the share price rose, reaching a closing price of ¥389 as of 2 p.m., above the previous day's close of ¥381. In after-hours trading (PTS), the share price moved within a range of ¥379–¥414. ASNOVA Companies operates a scaffolding rental business and other operations, and is headquartered in Nagoya.
The launch was announced on 14 October 2026, and details such as the ongoing holding requirement and implementation schedule are expected to attract investor attention.
