中央倉庫, a major integrated logistics company, has decided to make タカラ物流システム, which operates a transportation business under 宝ホールディングス, a subsidiary. The company expects synergies from expanding its geographic coverage and business scale in the food and beverage logistics market, developing higher-value-added logistics services, and creating new revenue opportunities.
