The executive interview media series TOP THINKS began streaming on YouTube today. It will be developed as a new interview series that aims to shed light on the decision-making processes of leading figures in various industries and younger members of corporate management. The series is characterized by its focus on internal conflicts and decision-making processes at the front lines of business.
The first episode will feature Toshimichi Ohno (大野利美知), Chairman of the Board of Pharmarise Holdings Corporation, as the guest; Ren Yariya (鎗屋蓮), Representative Director of kutsuhimo consulting, as the interview partner; and Miki Satake (佐竹美希) as MC. The theme is “The Management Decision That Overcame Internal Opposition: Taking on Structural Change in the Dispensing Pharmacy Industry,” and the episode will run for approximately 30 minutes.
New episodes are scheduled to be released 1–2 times per month. Leaders from a wide range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, IT, finance and human resources, will be invited to discuss such themes as talent recruitment, DX initiatives and organizational transformation.
