RTB House held a party to mark the eighth anniversary of the opening of its Japan office. The company announced that the Japanese market had expanded globally in both customer count and scale, along with an organizational restructuring and advances in new technologies using AI and LLMs.
At the start of the event, the company explained that Japan had grown to become its largest market globally by customer count, while sales had expanded to rank fourth worldwide, behind the United States, Germany and RTB House’s headquarters in Poland. The company also expressed its ambition to become the market leader in Japan within the next 18 months.
The following presentation outlined the trajectory of business growth in Japan, highlighting a substantial increase in the baseline from the second half of 2025 onward, as well as the introduction and launch of operations for new major clients. It was noted that confidence in deep-learning advertising was growing.
As part of the organizational restructuring, the company announced plans to establish two regions: the North Asia region, comprising Japan and South Korea, and the Greater Asia region, comprising all other markets, with a head appointed for each region. The Japan organization currently has 53 people, and the company said that its operations support, new sales, tech support and publisher relations teams would work together as one.
Under the theme of retargeting in the AI and LLM era, the company introduced its Semantic Intelligence framework and advances in Transformer technology.
