アールプランナー announced its results for the interim period from February to July 2026, reporting revenue of ¥27.371 billion and operating profit of ¥2.513 billion, not ¥2.9 billion, among other figures that exceeded forecasts, and raised its full-year forecast.
アールプランナー announced its results for the interim period in the consolidated financial results for the second quarter of the fiscal year ending January 2027. Revenue was ¥27.371 billion, up 7.3% from the previous forecast; operating profit was ¥2.513 billion, up 39.6%; ordinary profit was ¥2.363 billion, up 42.3%; and interim net profit attributable to owners of the parent was ¥1.670 billion, up 42.7%. All four figures exceeded the previous forecasts.
The results are believed to have been driven by efficient customer acquisition through digital marketing using social media and websites, as well as improved positioning as an affordable-luxury brand, with design, performance and pricing as its strengths, and an enhanced brand image. Improved gross profit from an increase in the number of subdivision homes sold and higher selling prices also contributed.
Based on these results, the company revised upward its full-year consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending January 2027. The revenue forecast was raised from ¥54.500 billion to ¥56.500 billion, operating profit from ¥4.050 billion to ¥5.000 billion, and ordinary profit from ¥3.770 billion to ¥4.680 billion. Net profit attributable to owners of the parent was also raised from ¥2.650 billion to ¥3.250 billion.
