アクシオ has published a case study on MIRARTH Holdings’ implementation of its Keyspider identity management service. The implementation was driven by a zero-trust security policy and the development of IT infrastructure across the group.
The requirements included provisioning functionality to automate account creation, modification, suspension and deletion based on personnel and organizational data; support for concurrent department assignments, secondments within the group, organizational changes in April and diverse employment arrangements; integration with multiple cloud services; and the secure migration of the company-wide identity management platform.
The implementation has strengthened security and governance by preventing omissions in manual processing, reducing the risk of ghost IDs after employees leave, automating access-rights updates to coincide with personnel changes, and eliminating reliance on individual employees.
Keyspider was selected because it is a domestic product, offers the customization needed for future system expansion, can flexibly accommodate the organizational structures of Japanese companies, and can be rolled out to group companies in the future.
