チェックポイントジャパン launched the “NEO 3.0” series of anti-theft gates for retailers on 20 October 2026. Equipped with remote maintenance, the 2 models, NP14 and NP24, along with multiple options, support loss reduction and more efficient store operations.
チェックポイントジャパン株式会社 has launched the new-generation “NEO 3.0” series of anti-theft gates for retailers. Key features include remote maintenance over a network, which is intended to speed recovery when problems occur. The series also offers a range of optional functions designed to help reduce false alarms.
NEO 3.0 features a remote maintenance service over a network, reducing the need for on-site visits and shortening the lead time to recovery. An internet connection is required for use, and an on-site response may be necessary depending on the circumstances.
The lineup comprises 2 models, NP14 and NP24. With 2 units installed, the NP14 is designed to provide a detection width of up to 2.7 m, while the NP24 provides up to 2.4 m. Both can be installed across openings of the same width as conventional models. Their features are said to include a long detection range and improved detection of small tags.
Options listed include smart alarm management, alarm management using NFC cards, voice playback through a speaker upgrade, advertising panels, and “Hyper Guard,” designed to counter sophisticated shoplifting methods. Combining these with infrared sensors compatible with Vis iPlus is intended to optimize alarm operations.
