The cryptocurrency market remains stagnant, with Bitcoin trading mostly around $63,000. ETH is trading at approximately ¥300,000 and XRP at approximately ¥160. It has also been reported that Metaplanet CEO Simon Gerovich transferred 5,014 BTC between the company’s own custody addresses.
In this afternoon’s cryptoasset market, major tokens remained largely stagnant. Bitcoin was trading in the low ¥10.1 million range per BTC, while ETH was around ¥300,000 and XRP was around ¥160.
Stagnation continued on the 13th. Bitcoin briefly approached $64,000 during the day, but its upside was capped by selling into the rebound, and the downward trend strengthened in the early hours of the 14th, when it briefly fell to around exactly $63,000. However, it was holding above its lows as of the morning.
Metaplanet CEO Simon Gerovich’s transfer of 5,014 BTC between the company’s own custody addresses has attracted attention. The transfer is reportedly not intended as a sale.
