Mitsubishi Estate Residence announced plans to build a “Customer AI” using dialogue records and use it for sales staff dialogue training. Operations will begin in August at a property where the model room opened, with the scope to be expanded sequentially based on the validation results.
Mitsubishi Estate Residence Co., Ltd. announced that it had built its proprietary “Customer AI” using sales meeting records accumulated in the dialogue insights AI platform “Front Agent,” and plans to use it to support sales staff training. Customer AI uses questions and comments generated from actual sales meeting records and provides feedback against set evaluation criteria and model answers.
Operations will begin at the Residence Gallery for “The Parkhouse Kitasenju,” a model room opened in August. The scope is expected to be expanded sequentially based on the validation results, with Q&As generated from sales meeting records incorporated into dialogue content.
The company first introduced Front Agent in 2024 as a condominium developer, and it has since been deployed at 21 properties nationwide. The initiative aims to continuously enhance the creation and analysis of sales meeting records using AI, with the goal of improving customer loyalty.
Umee Technologies explained that it uses companies’ recorded sales meeting data through AI transformation to improve customer loyalty. It is expected to continue expanding role-play functions based on dialogue data.
