ADK Group and Stagwell have entered into a master agreement for a three-year strategic business partnership, launching full-scale efforts to expand the IP business and strengthen brand support capabilities in Japan and global markets.
ADK Holdings and Stagwell have entered into a master agreement for a three-year strategic business partnership. The partnership aims to maximize the value delivered to clients in the Japanese and global markets by leveraging both companies' global networks and capabilities.
Over the past year, the companies have carried out joint projects under a basic agreement on promoting global collaboration, achieving results including support for the overseas expansion of IP originating in Japan and for Japanese clients expanding overseas. The master agreement marks the transition of their existing relationship into a stable, three-year strategic collaboration framework.
The key areas of collaboration are expanding the IP business in global markets, particularly the United States, and strengthening support for global and multinational brands in the Japanese market. Ongoing areas of collaboration have also been defined, including the joint use of data and tools to support the global expansion of Japanese companies and personnel exchanges.
Comments from Suematsu Masato (末松 真人) of ADK Marketing Solutions and Randy Duax of Stagwell Asia-Pacific emphasized verifying the effectiveness of the collaboration and creating value through the integration of networks and technology.
