SIOS Technology, Inc. announced expanded enterprise features for its In-House Knowledge AI Chat Deployment Service, which uses generative AI to automatically generate optimal answers from internal documents, and set 1 October 2026 as the launch date.
The new features include enhanced LLM and infrastructure capabilities, support for multiple LLM providers, and the adoption of Elasticsearch as a vector store. These enhancements enable support for the GPT-5 generation and the use of multiple vendors.
Accuracy and stability will be improved through more accurate interpretation of embedded images in Office files, enhanced automated integration with SharePoint Online, and improvements to RAG data-source management. UX enhancements will also accelerate data-source integration, enabling knowledge operations based on fresher data.
Governance and security enhancements include stronger user management and access controls, as well as expanded authentication infrastructure options. In addition to Entra ID, SSO support for OTSUKA GATE and Gluegent Gate will be added. The company also announced a limited-time campaign waiving the initial fee for the SharePoint Online integration option.
