Morinaga Ramune is working with Nishi-Nippon Railroad to operate the limited-time Exam-Taker Support Train and Intensive Support Bus from 19 October to 18 November to support students preparing for exams. Ramuneko will dedicate Ramune candies at Dazaifu Tenmangu. Onboard advertising and giveaways will also be held.
Morinaga Ramune, a product of Morinaga & Co., Ltd., is collaborating with Nishi-Nippon Railroad to operate the “Exam-Taker Support Train” and “Intensive Support Bus” for 1 month from 19 October to 18 November 2026. The train will operate on the Nishitetsu Tenjin-Omuta Line, mainly between Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) and Daizenji. The rolling stock will be a 5000 series, 4-car formation (car No. 5139), featuring support messages on headmarks and full-body wraps.
During the campaign, Ramuneko, the official character of Morinaga Ramune, will visit Fukuoka and participate in a special Dazaifu Tenmangu festival praying for success in entrance examinations. In addition, hanging advertisements themed “Ganbaramune!” will be displayed inside the train to support students’ concentration while studying for exams.
