Aeon Town Tanashi is to be sold by Mitsui Fudosan Shopping Park REIT Investment Corporation for a scheduled transfer price of ¥3.91 billion. The buyer has not been disclosed. The agreement is scheduled for 30 September 2026, and the transfer for 30 June 2027.
Mitsui Fudosan Shopping Park REIT Investment Corporation, the seller, announced that it will transfer the beneficial interest in a real estate trust relating to Aeon Town Tanashi Shibakubo for a scheduled transfer price of ¥3,910 million. The buyer is a domestic operating company, but its formal name has not been disclosed.
The appraised value is ¥3,590 million, and the NOI yield based on the scheduled transfer price is approximately 4.9%. The property is located at 1-12-5 Shibakubocho, Nishitokyo, Tokyo. Completed in March 2005, it is a two-story above-ground property used for retail space and parking.
