NOK Group was established through a joint share transfer by NOK and EAGLE INDUSTRY CO.,LTD., launching a new sealing solutions platform spanning 20 countries and regions, 111 group companies and approximately 43,000 people. Integration is advancing across a broad range of materials, covering organic materials such as rubber and resins and inorganic materials such as metals, carbon and ceramics.
NOK Group was established on 1 October through a joint share transfer by NOK and EAGLE INDUSTRY CO.,LTD., launching operations as a new organization. This gives it a presence across 20 countries and regions, 111 companies and approximately 43,000 employees.
The Group is strengthening its ability to provide sealing solutions by integrating a broad range of materials, including organic materials such as rubber and resins and inorganic materials such as metals, carbon and ceramics. By combining the technologies of 5 core companies, it will provide integrated capabilities from materials development through design and mass production.
Masao Tsuru (鶴 正雄), Representative Director, President and Executive Officer, CEO, commented that the 5 core companies would work together to pursue growth opportunities following the integration. To coincide with the launch of the new management structure, EAGLE INDUSTRY CO.,LTD. redesigned its corporate logo, with the new logo also designed by Kashiwa Sato (佐藤 可士和). The Group aims to unify its design and accelerate its global expansion.
