The Japan Fair Trade Commission issued a recommendation after finding that a corrugated-board manufacturer under Oji Holdings had its subcontractors store printing plates owned by the company or its customers free of charge.
The Japan Fair Trade Commission disclosed that it had issued a recommendation to a group company of Oji Holdings after identifying as problematic its practice of having subcontractors store printing plates free of charge.
