Yasui Minoru (安井 稔) is expected to make restoring trust in the organization a priority from that date onward.
On the day he takes office, he is also reportedly scheduled to visit Makinohara City, Kikugawa City, Kakegawa City and the Shizuoka Prefectural Government Office, in that order, in addition to Omaezaki City. The visits to local governments are reportedly aimed at restoring trust affected by the series of misconduct issues surrounding the Hamaoka nuclear power plant.
