Key points to monitor for future performance include expanding premium brands and improving cost efficiency in Europe and Asia-Pacific, expanding BAC, broadening distribution channels in East Asia, starting sales of materials to external customers, and plans to acquire a business in East Africa.
Risk factors include supply constraints caused by system outages, the burden of responding to information-security issues, higher raw-material and logistics costs, the risk of lower volumes in Europe, foreign exchange fluctuations, impairment risks related to goodwill and other assets, interest costs and financial headroom, and the execution burden of integration.
