Skullcandy has announced the new flagship Crusher 1080 ANC, the latest model in the Crusher series, offering a new experience that combines Crusher Bass with Bose’s Sound by Bose technology. Early-bird support will begin via GREEN FUNDING, with general retail sales planned at ¥49,800 (including tax).
Skullcandy Japan has announced the Crusher 1080 ANC, the most advanced model in the history of the Crusher series. Alongside newly designed drivers and Crusher Bass, it integrates Sound by Bose technology for the first time, combining powerful bass with an immersive listening experience.
The Crusher 1080 ANC features Bose technologies including QuietControl ANC, TrueSpatial3D and the WaveForm Audio Engine, enhancing its immersive audio experience.
Early-bird support will be offered through GREEN FUNDING, with a planned retail price of ¥49,800 (including tax). The launch event was held in New York on 15 July, with brand representatives in attendance.
The model allows users to customize Crusher Bass’s bass adjustment function via an app and also features multipoint connectivity and fast charging. The collaboration between Skullcandy and Bose is positioned as the first partnership to incorporate Sound by Bose technology.
