Sales are on track, but profitability must be demonstrated in H1

In the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2027, sales were ¥1,391 million, the operating loss was ¥18 million, the ordinary loss was ¥18 million and the quarterly net loss was ¥25 million. The full-year forecasts are sales of ¥6,140 million, operating profit of ¥43 million, ordinary profit of ¥26 million and net profit of ¥2 million. The sales progress rate was approximately 22.6%, calculated as ¥1,391 million ÷ ¥6,140 million. The gap from the 25% implied by simply dividing the full-year forecast into four quarters is only approximately 2.4 percentage points, so sales alone cannot be said to be substantially below plan.
