Q1 is on track with the full-year plan, with profit progress outpacing revenue.

FY2027-Q1 revenue was ¥1,349 million, up 19.0% year on year. Operating profit was ¥91 million, up 137.5%, ordinary profit was ¥97 million, up 131.5%, and net profit attributable to owners of the parent was ¥64 million, up 126.5%. Profit growth substantially outpaced revenue growth, while the operating margin rose from approximately 3.4% in the year-earlier quarter to approximately 6.8%.

Progress against the full-year forecast in FY2027-Q1 was approximately 27.0% for revenue, calculated as ¥1,349 million ÷ ¥5,000 million, and approximately 30.3% for operating profit, calculated as ¥91 million ÷ ¥300 million. If 50% of the annual forecast is used as a simple benchmark for the first half, FY2027-H1 revenue of ¥2,500 million and operating profit of ¥150 million will serve as comparison points. However, the company has not disclosed this 50% allocation as a first-half forecast, so these figures should be treated as reference values for mechanically measuring progress without taking seasonality into account.

In FY2026-H1, revenue was ¥2,316 million, operating profit was ¥92 million, ordinary profit was ¥94 million, and interim net profit attributable to owners of the parent was ¥62 million. In the next results release, we will assess whether FY2027-H1 cumulative revenue and profit remain above the year-earlier levels, as well as whether the improvement in the operating margin seen in Q1 continues through the first half. It will also be important to check whether the full-year forecasts, including revenue of ¥5,000 million and operating profit of ¥300 million, have been revised, and whether profit growth is based on the service mix and productivity improvements rather than temporary expense reductions.
