FY2027-H1 forecasts were revised down to ¥9.5 billion in revenue and ¥550 million in operating profit, among other items. The full-year forecasts of ¥22 billion in revenue, ¥2.2 billion in operating profit and annual dividends of ¥30 remain unchanged. The key focus is whether delayed contracts for high-margin projects can be absorbed in the second half.

Can first-half revenue reach at least ¥9.5 billion?
Can first-half operating profit of ¥550 million, ordinary profit of ¥600 million and net profit of ¥400 million be secured?
Can second-half revenue of ¥12.5 billion and operating profit of ¥1.65 billion, implied by the full-year plan, be achieved?
Will the timing of contracts for high-margin projects and revenue recognition for logistics DX projects be disclosed in detail?
Can the annual dividend of ¥30, comprising an interim dividend of ¥15 and a year-end dividend of ¥15, be maintained?
The FY2027 fiscal year ending February 2027 first-half forecasts were revised from revenue of ¥10 billion to ¥9.5 billion, operating profit of ¥800 million to ¥550 million, ordinary profit of ¥850 million to ¥600 million, and net profit attributable to owners of the parent of ¥600 million to ¥400 million. The declines amount to 5.0% for revenue, 31.3% for operating profit, 29.4% for ordinary profit and 33.3% for net profit, indicating a clear downside in first-half profit progress rather than merely a shift in the timing of revenue recognition.
The company explained that demand and inquiries for logistics DX remain firm, but contracts for high-margin projects are being concluded later than initially expected. The issue therefore appears to center on the timing of contracts, acceptance and revenue recognition rather than a loss of demand. At the next earnings announcement, it will be important to see whether the company provides more detail on the number of delayed contracts, order value, expected revenue-recognition timing and margin levels.
The full-year forecasts remain unchanged at revenue of ¥22 billion, operating profit of ¥2.2 billion, ordinary profit of ¥2.3 billion and net profit attributable to owners of the parent of ¥1.6 billion. On this basis, the company needs to record second-half revenue of ¥12.5 billion, operating profit of ¥1.65 billion, ordinary profit of ¥1.7 billion and net profit of ¥1.2 billion. Approximately 75% of full-year operating profit would be generated in the second half, making it essential to verify the contract progress and margins of second-half projects before viewing the first-half delay as merely temporary.
First-quarter results were revenue of ¥4.788 billion, operating profit of ¥331 million, ordinary profit of ¥313 million and net profit of ¥163 million. Based on the gap to the revised first-half forecasts, the second quarter needs to generate approximately ¥4.712 billion in revenue, ¥219 million in operating profit, ¥287 million in ordinary profit and ¥237 million in net profit. The required second-quarter revenue is approximately at the same level as in the first quarter, but improving project margins will be necessary to build profit.
Despite the first-half downward revision, the full-year earnings forecasts and annual dividend of ¥30 remain unchanged. At the next earnings announcement, it will be important to see how quantitatively the company discloses the status of contracts for high-margin projects, order backlog, acceptance timing, and second-half revenue and profit forecasts as the basis for maintaining its full-year plan. In particular, if first-half results fall below the revised forecasts, confidence in leaving the full-year forecasts unchanged will decline significantly.
Confirmed
First-half results came to sales of ¥9.527 billion and operating profit of ¥568 million. The delayed signing of contracts for highly profitable logistics DX projects was identified as a factor behind the declines in revenue and profit. The full-year forecasts of sales of ¥22 billion, operating profit of ¥2.2 billion and annual dividends of ¥30 remained unchanged, and the company expects to achieve its full-year plan, including the second half, despite falling short of its first-half plan.
