「At a meeting of the board of directors held on 10 May 2023, the company resolved to conduct an absorption-type merger in which its consolidated subsidiary 株式会社東京デリカ would be the surviving company and its consolidated subsidiary 株式会社カーニバルカンパニー would be the absorbed company. The two companies entered into a merger agreement on the same date, and the absorption-type merger was completed on 1 July 2023.」
