The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Because proposals to appoint outside officers will be submitted to the annual general meeting of shareholders. With respect to Tetsuji Ohashi (大橋徹二) and Miwa Omori (大森美和), the Company determined that they do not fall under the Tokyo Stock Exchange's independence criteria and are unlikely to have conflicts of interest with general shareholders. Ken Siegel has not been filed as an independent officer because the Company has transactions with the law firm to which he belongs and the amount of future compensation has not yet been determined.
