The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Net sales increased on sales of components for major customers, new products, new large-scale projects and firm demand, while profit was pressured by soaring raw material prices amid the situation in the Middle East and other factors, deteriorating market conditions, prolonged price competition and price negotiations, and delays in the acceptance inspection of large-scale equipment.
