Items this document does not state (7)
These are items the company does not state in this document. We do not leave them blank, nor fill them in from other sources or by inference.
The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. To address the decline in service stations in rural areas, the lack of secondary transportation in tourist destinations and the increase in underutilised real estate, the parties will combine MURAKI CORPORATION's expertise in the automotive-related business with ストライダーズ's business foundation in hotels, real estate, investment and regional revitalisation, and rebuild regional hubs as regional infrastructure with multiple revenue sources. In addition, the parties determined that it would be effective for ストライダーズグループ to hold shares in MURAKI CORPORATION and align the interests of the two companies in order to advance the initiative over the medium to long term on an ongoing basis.
