「This project centers on a demonstration aimed at reducing greenhouse gas (CO2) emissions through the use of BDF in heavy machinery operated at our plants. In preparation for breakdowns or malfunctions of heavy machinery associated with BDF use, we provide engine maintenance services and collect and analyze data. Through this initiative, we have sought to establish a new business structure that simultaneously promotes the circular economy through the reuse and extended service life of heavy-machinery engines and carbon neutrality through the use of BDF.」
The initiative combining a demonstration of used-cooking-oil BDF in heavy machinery, the reuse and extended service life of engines, the dissemination of environmental value, and the establishment of a practical operating model was added to this state for the first time in this disclosure.
