Items this document does not state (5)
These are items the company does not state in this document. We do not leave them blank, nor fill them in from other sources or by inference.
The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The rental business reported higher revenue and profit following price revisions for certain Duskin and With products. The architectural consulting business reported lower revenue because the review of products eligible for subsidies took time and sales could not be recognized during the interim period, while the resulting loss widened as it could not be offset by reductions in selling, general and administrative expenses. The interim net loss was attributable to the decline from the previous year in gains on the sale of investment securities and an impairment loss related to the Yesmart business.
