The reasons the company gives

The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.

The core monthly support business grew by double digits, but overall revenue increased only marginally due to the policy-driven scaling back of logistics BPO. Operating profit declined due to investment costs, including improved compensation and stepped-up hiring focused on consultants, the relocation of the Osaka headquarters beginning in January 2026, and increased amortization of goodwill associated with M&A conducted in FY2025. The increase in net profit was mainly due to the reversal of the ¥2,155 million special loss recorded in the previous year in connection with the sale of the Gotanda office.
