The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. In the same period of the previous year, revenue from the public sector was low due to delays in the response to the standardization of municipal systems and a review of the migration method. In the current interim period, preparations for the systems' full-scale operation progressed in line with the migration plan following the changes, increasing public-sector revenue. Despite the recognition of depreciation and other expenses related to development investment for municipal system standardization, earnings improved significantly on higher revenue.
