「Most employees engaged in the support services business work at customer companies' offices or at offices, call centers and other facilities of our group. Due to the need to maintain information security, among other considerations, it is more difficult for them to switch to working from home than employees in other businesses. Accordingly, if an infectious disease outbreak at such an office, call center or the building in which it is located results in the closure of a workplace for a certain period, customer outsourcing orders may be suspended, potentially affecting the operating performance of this business to a certain extent.」
